His areas of expertise include HIV psychiatry, transgender psychiatry, endocrine psychiatry, and medical cannabis.

Dr. Duhigg is Chair of the Addiction Treatment Advisory Board for Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and a member of the Board of Directors for the New Mexico Monitored Treatment Program.

Dr. Randle Adair, DO, PhD

Dr. Adair is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. In 2013 and 2014, he directed the Healthcare Professionals Program at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Newberg, Oregon. He continues to practice Internal Medicine at New Mexico Cancer Center, has served as Medical Director of the New Mexico Healthcare Professionals Wellness Program, and continues to serve on the Presbyterian Provider Wellness Committee.

Dr. Marcello Maviglia, MD, MPH

Dr. Maviglia is board certified in both Addiction Psychiatry and in Addiction Medicine (ABAM). He is currently the Medical Director for Courageous Transformations and a clinical professor with the Department of Family and Community Medicine and with the College Of Population Health, (UNM, Albuquerque, NM). His main areas of interest are: Implementation of the Recovery Model, coordination and integration of care, development of initiatives focusing on psychiatric drug withdrawal, and social determinants of health in behavioral health.

Dr. Pade is a board-certified internist and ABAM certified in addiction medicine. She founded the University of Colorado’s Addiction Medicine Fellowship and the Addiction Medicine Consult Service at the University of Colorado Hospital. She has been practicing addiction medicine for over 20 years.

Dr. Mel Pohl, MD, DFASAM

Dr. Pohl is Senior Medical Consultant to Landmark Recovery. He is certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM), and a Distinguished Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). He is the former Chief Medical Officer of Las Vegas Recovery Center (LVRC) and was a major force in developing LVRC’s Chronic Pain Recovery Program. Dr. Pohl is an accomplished author and was elected by his peers for inclusion in Best Doctors in America from 2009 to present.
