Famous model and actress Estella Warren is facing drunk driving charges and more after a recent incident where she hit several cars, resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer. These are her first arrests for these acts, making all the crimes misdemeanors. However, there are some serious consequences that could be in store for her.
Warren ran her Prius into three other vehicles in the Los Angeles area on May 23rd. She quickly fled the scene. It wasn’t long before she was apprehended by law enforcement, but she kicked the arresting police officer. She failed her station field sobriety test, and then removed her handcuffs when she wasn’t being watched and ran for the exit. She was quickly re-captured and held. There are no charges for her escape attempt, which would have been a felony. If convicted of all her other crimes, she’ll be facing about 3 years behind bars.
