Daniel Radcliffe Opens Up About Alcoholism

Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe recently opened up about his problems with alcohol addiction. Radcliffe, who is 22 now, said he struggled with alcohol the most between the ages of 18 to 21. Like most people dealing with addiction issues, he felt alcohol helped him have a good time in life and made things more fun.

But Radcliffe realized around the age of 21 that depending on alcohol to have fun was not a way of life and would do more harm than good. It was at that time that he decided to reach out to friends and family and get help for alcohol addiction. Through an alcohol treatment center, Radcliffe could have also found the help he needed in order to kick his addiction to alcohol and his desire to use to have fun.

Radcliffe admitted that his alcohol issues were never brought on by peer pressure but more from pressure he put on himself to fit in. This is a problem a lot of people struggle with on a daily basis but, luckily, through the help of an alcohol treatment center such as Vista Taos Renewal Center in New Mexico, positive life changes can occur and alcohol addiction can be conquered.

While Radcliffe was lucky to have the support of family and friends in order to get help, not everyone is as lucky. If you or a loved one is struggling with an addiction to alcohol, do not hesitate to contact Vista Taos Renewal Center to see how they can help turn your life or a loved one’s life around for the better through their life-changing alcohol treatment center.
