Primary Care
Rehabilitation Therapy
Rehabilitation includes room, meals, group therapy, individual
counseling, initial psychiatric evaluation, recovery, educational
services, therapeutic massage and other therapeutic services. |

Services Not Included in
Primary Fee
Subsequent Medical/Psychiatric services (meds check, psychiatric
consultations or testing), medications/drug, hospitalization
(emergencies, detoxification), non-routine services such as
transportation or personal needs. |

Family Treatment
We believe that a person in treatment did not
create this problem in a vacuum but in the structure of a family
therefore the family is also in pain. Vista Taos Family Week is designed
to confront old family rules, boundaries and communication patterns that
no longer work and to teach new communication skills and healthy
boundaries.

Family Program
A 5 day Family Program is available to family members or significant
others. The cost for two family members to attend is included in the
initial cost of treatment. There is a $500 per person fee for any
additional family members who attend. Transportation, food and lodging
are at the family members expense. |

Confidentiality
Vista Taos Renewal Center adheres to federal regulations on
confidentiality to ensure the anonymity of our clients. We follow the
regulation CFR 42, Part 2-B. A signed release is required for any
information to be released. |

Program Cost
The cost for 30 days of treatment is $20,000 Payment in full is due upon admission. To aid with financing, Vista Taos accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The level of care and services rendered determines final treatment costs. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 will reserve a bed for 24 hours. This will be applied to total fee upon admission.
Addiction treatment at Vista Taos Renewal Center is billed on a daily rate. These costs are front loaded to accommodate physicians and medical fees. Typically two weeks of treatment is where payment is met in the program. After that period of time patients are paid in full for the month. All refunds are determined on a case by case basis. Upon entry of our program each patient must sign a Behavioral Agreement which is a standard for conduct in our addiction treatment program. If the patient who is discharged is in any violation of the behavioral agreement, there will be no refund granted.

Miscellaneous Charges
Miscellaneous charges vary depending on use of non-routine services such
as medication, transportation, special medical care, physical illness and psychiatric and
miscellaneous items. |
