Professional Partners

Our professional partners are key members of the treatment team.  We are committed to working with you to meet the needs of your patients.  Upon admission we strongly encourage all patients to sign releases of information so that we may be in contact with you regarding their progress. 

With a signed release form we will:

• Make initial contact within 48 hours of your patient’s admission. 

• Provide weekly telephonic clinical updates of your client’s progress.

• Seek your involvement with aftercare planning.

• Follow-up with you to notify you of pertinent discharge information.

If there are any additional requests for information we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
